Your WINKpro™ membership renews every month and is valid until you cancel, or unless it’s terminated by WINKology®.

How long does it take for an application to be processed?

Please allow up to 5-business days for your membership to be processed.

What happens if my application is not approved?

If your application is not approved, you will be notified by email. Your Sign-up/WINKpro Kit Fee will also be fully refunded. We reserve the right to deny any application for any reason.

As a WINKpro, do I qualify for special offers like WINKrewards, sales, free shipping, etc.?

WINKpro™ members cannot redeem additional offers with their current discount. However, as a WINKpro you do earn WINKrewards, but they may not be used in conjunction with your WINKpro discount.

Why does my shipping address need to match my billing address?

Your shipping address must match your billing address to successfully check out. This is to guard against fraudulent purchases. We will only ship WINKpro™ order to the address associated to your account.
